The decade that industrialised performance.

 

The Nineties dismantled what the Eighties had built and rebuilt it with electronics, active systems, and a level of aerodynamic refinement that made the turbo era look artisanal. GT racing exploded in breadth and quality. Le Mans returned to the front pages. Japanese manufacturers arrived at the top level and changed the competitive landscape permanently. It was a decade of transition that produced some of the most technically sophisticated — and visually compelling — racing cars of the century.

 

TA71 treats this period with the same rigour applied to every other decade: correct geometry, correct detail, no simplification because simplification was inconvenient.
