RETURNS

If your goods are damaged on receipt, this needs to be reported within 3 days to enable us to refund/exchange, please send an email at: ta71onlinestore@gmail.com.
We will not be held responsible until the returned item reaches us. So all items need to be returned by a recorded service at your own cost.
If a replacement item is out of stock then we will advise you by email.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
Where items are bought as gifts we can only refund the original payer.
