SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are usually fullfilled and dispatched within 5 to 25 working days. The resin body option orders leadtime can be longer  as they are manufactured on demand. This will be following a final QC inspection of your order. Note: this may be extended during holiday periods. If you require a model for a specific date, please contact us in advance to ensure delivery is possible. 

RISK OF LOSS

The orders are dispatched Ex Works via Express Courier or International Registered Economy shipment, and are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Goods travel at the risk and peril of the consignee/buyer, and TA71 (RENGINNERING) cannot be held responsible for partial, total loss, and/or damage occurred while the goods are on transit.

All packages will require a signature on delivery, so you must give us an address where someone will be in (work, neighbour, friend etc). Parcels are generally delivered Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm but subject to change upon country and courier.

If purchasing from outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country (all the orders are shipped from our Italian warehouse and we will contact you if this is not possible for any reason). Additional charges for customs clearance (including Certificate of Origin or other special documentation requested) must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from TA71 you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
